As the engine behind the program, SkyPop is the communication channel between you and your favorite retailers via your mobile phone.
SkyPoP updates loyalty points, delivers offers and communications, and provides access to VIP services from your retailer through messaging services and branded mobile applications. As a member of a SkyPop-powered program, you can opt in or opt out of your retailer’s program at any time.
With a simple sticker and your phone number, you can begin earning points and receiving special offers from a participating merchant. Your retailer manages the program and your personal profile information. Any questions about the program should be directed to the retailer.

Opt Out
As the engine behind the program, SkyPop is the communication channel between you and your favorite retailers via your mobile phone.
Opt Back In
SkyPop users can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. A registered user can stop participating and receiving messages by replying STOP to any SkyPop text message. Choosing to opt out does not affect your ability to participate in the program powered by SkyPop.
Registered users can opt back in by texting RESUME to any SkyPop text message. If a message has not been saved, visit the retailer and re-register your account and select to be opted in.

The app powered by SkyPoP lets you view your membership point balance, receive reward notifications, earn bonus points, and access local merchant special offers. You can also receive other member VIP services, such as invitations, in-store point balance notifications, and other exclusive benefits.
You must register at your retailer location or sports venue to activate the app.
For Android or iPhone Only
Powered by SkyPop apps are designed for Android and iPhones. Members using other smartphone operating systems can still receive the full mobile rewards program experience by receiving all offers and point updates through text messaging.
NFC
Our innovative near field communication (NFC) sticker was created to make the program as convenient and easy-to-use as possible. As NFC-enabled smartphones become available, a sticker format will no longer be necessary. We are closely watching adoption and implementation of built-in NFC phone capabilities.
We are also evaluating options that instantly allow NFC-enabled phones to serve as a mobile member ID alternative for membership programs.
The Member ID Sticker
There is a globally unique identification number embedded in each SkyPop member ID sticker. This is the only information communicated from the sticker to the merchant. No membership, personal, or account information is stored on the mobile ID sticker.
The SkyPop member ID sticker uses low-level radio frequency waves (RFID) to transfer your sticker ID number to the reader. It does not emit any signals that can interfere with your phone’s antenna.
Placing the Sticker
Put it anywhere that is easily accessible! It can be placed on the outside case of your phone or under the cover for safekeeping. The sticker is the way that you earn and redeem points, and connects you to opt-in text offers, membership notifications, and special offers.
Just tap the mobile ID sticker to a SkyPop reader and it will verify your membership.

Programs are powered by SkyPop but programs, including reward levels, point balances, offers, specials, and membership account information are managed by the merchant. For questions or help with your membership, visit your participating store.

Point Balance & Rewards
Your membership point balance and reward summary will be printed at the bottom of every purchase receipt. Members can also opt-in to receive mobile text messages for offers and reward notifications. For smartphone users, the merchant’s app powered by SkyPop allows you to manage earned points, receive reward notifications, and be the first to access local in-store offers on your phone.
